Do my staff have to stop taking orders at the table?
No. Guests can order from their phone and your team keeps taking orders on the tablet; it all goes to the same table and the same bill.
What if someone orders with the QR from outside?
You can require a code to join the table: only the people sitting there know it. On top of that, Laily limits orders per device and per table.
Does Laily take the payment?
No. The table pays with your card machine or at the till, as always. Laily tells you they want the bill, helps them split it and, if you like, your team marks on the dashboard what has been paid, in parts too. No commission.
How do I show allergens?
For each dish you tick which of the 14 EU allergens it contains, with a note if needed. Guests see them before ordering.
