Which reward should I set?
Whatever suits you: a nail polish, a short treatment or a discount. You decide how many stamps it takes.
Do my clients have to give me their phone number?
No. The card is anonymous, with no name, phone or email. It's saved in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Does it work with my POS?
