Billing
Questions about pricing.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT: tax is worked out at checkout based on your country and, if you're a business in another EU country with a VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
How do I pay?
When you create your account you choose a plan and billing (monthly or yearly) and add your card through Stripe's secure checkout. The first 30 days are free: the first charge comes when the trial ends. Your invoices are in your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on any plan, with all its features. We ask for your card at the start so nothing stops when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until then. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, from your dashboard. There's no minimum term: if you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
How much do several shops cost?
On any plan: the first shop is included and each extra shop adds €15/month (€150/year) — the same price for Founders too. Each one with its own menu, tables and team.
Is there a commission per order or per customer?
No. Not per order, not per customer, not per card. And no limit on scans, products or team members.
Does it work with my POS?
Yes, it works alongside your POS, whichever one you have: there's nothing to integrate or change. You keep taking payments at your usual till; your team scans the customer's card from a phone or tablet, and Laily orders arrive on their own dashboard and are paid at your POS like any other.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is yours. On Pro you can export it to Excel whenever you like. When your subscription ends it's kept for 90 days in case you come back; after that it's deleted.
How does the Founder price work?
The 50 places are for the first 50 customers who pay, in total across the three plans: €16/month for Loyalty, €25/month for Complete and €39/month for Pro. Your place is reserved when your trial starts. Your Founder price is yours for good as long as you keep your subscription, and you keep it even if you change plan or switch between monthly and yearly. If you cancel, you lose the price and that place isn't given back. If you cancel during the trial, without paying anything, the place goes to someone else.
