Can I take appointments with Laily?
No. Laily doesn't handle appointments or bookings: keep your usual diary. Laily takes care of bringing the client back: their card, their rewards and your promotions.
How do I add a stamp?
From the dashboard, on your phone or tablet, you scan the QR on their card. The stamp appears in their Wallet straight away.
Does it work with my POS or if I take cash?
Yes. Laily doesn't take payments or replace your till: you keep charging as always.
Can I give points instead of stamps?
Yes. With points every euro counts and clients spend them on the reward they choose from your catalogue: a cut, a beard trim or a product.
