Does it work if I'm on my own behind the counter?
Yes. It runs on a phone or tablet, and new orders alert you even with the dashboard closed. Scanning a card takes three moves.
How many stamps should I set?
As many as you like. By default there are ten slots: nine purchases and the tenth is free. The reward slot always looks different.
If they order from their phone, do they still collect?
Yes. On Complete or Pro, if the customer has your card, the points or stamps from their order are added when it's closed, no scanning needed.
Can I offer plant milk, sizes and extras?
Yes. Every product has its own options, required or not, with whatever extra price you set. Customers pick them and your team sees them on the order.
